Challenge
Producing the After Movie requires balancing the logistical demands of filming dozens of events across multiple days with the creative challenge of distilling the spirit of JUNO Week into a single, cohesive video. Additionally, capturing high-quality footage while managing a large team and adhering to tight timelines necessitates meticulous planning and coordination.
Solution
As Executive Producer, I lead a team of 20+ professionals, including a producer, director, and cinematographer. I manage budget, logistics, and travel while collaborating closely with the director to ensure the final product is compelling and visually stunning. To maximize the After Movie’s impact, I strategize its release and oversee the year-long utilization of captured footage, including licensing clips to partners and brands.
